Corrections and feedback

Include the page URL, the detail you think needs changing, and a link to a reliable source. For directory corrections, include the practice name and location so we update the right record. Tell us if a website, phone number, or booking link has stopped working.

For practices

Use the practice submission form to send information for consideration. If you already have a listing, email the profile URL and the details that have changed. Please use a practice email address when possible. Submission does not guarantee coverage, ranking, or an endorsement.

Editorial and commercial enquiries

Email a short description of your enquiry. Any proposed sponsorship must be clearly identified as commercial. Sending a pitch does not commit the Society to publication.

Privacy and mailing-list requests

For access, correction, deletion, or mailing-list questions, write from the address concerned where possible. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. See Privacy for how information is handled.

Medical questions

Please do not email medical records, photographs of a medical concern, or other sensitive health information. We cannot assess symptoms or tell you whether a treatment is suitable for you. Contact your treating professional for personal advice. This inbox is not an emergency service.
