Waitlist Society

Volume One · Autumn 2026 · The aesthetics annual

This is how billionaires look thirty in their sixties

It is not one procedure. It is a schedule, a budget and somebody who knows what to say no to. Volume One takes the whole thing apart, stage by stage, and prints what each stage is really for.

Autumn 2026

Volume One · Autumn 2026

One issue a year. It has nowhere to hide.

An annual is a promise you cannot fake. There is no slow news week to pad, no weekly cadence to fill, no partner content dressed as a feature. One issue, and everything in it had to be worth the wait.

Volume One is three features, the Scottsdale register in full, and the first prices this magazine has ever published. It lands this Autumn. Nothing in it will be a number we did not watch somebody pay.

Volume One · Autumn 2026

Three features. The register in full. The first published prices. Titles and decks are set; the issue lands this Autumn, which is why nothing below is a link yet.

01

The $180,000 face

Nobody buys it in one appointment. It is bought in instalments, over years, from four or five different people who never speak to each other. We take the schedule apart and price what every stage is actually for.

02

Nobody regrets the small one

The regret in this industry is almost never about doing too little. It is about the appointment where somebody said yes to more than they walked in for, in a room designed for exactly that.

03

Fourteen months behind

The machine in the room is often a generation older than the brochure on the wall, and a generation is most of the result. How to tell what you are lying on, and the one question that settles it.

The register

45 rooms · Scottsdale

Every room here is a real business. Against a real name we print what that business publishes about itself and nothing else — who leads the injecting, what they are qualified as, how many people are on the floor, where to find them. No score, no rank, no price. We have not sat in all of these rooms yet, and until we have, the verdict column stays empty on purpose.

Two rows above publish no lead injector. That is not an omission on our side — those businesses do not name one, and we will not name one for them.

The injectors

19 named · Scottsdale

The person, not the practice. Follower counts are the public number on each account on the day we read it, and they are the only figure we hold on anybody here. A large account is a marketing fact. It is not a clinical one, and we will never print it as though it were.

Nineteen is not all of them.

These are the injectors in Scottsdale who publish under their own name and their own face. Plenty of very good ones do neither, and an account is not a qualification. The register in Volume One counts the room, not the following.

How we read a room

The method

We are hard on the category and easy on the people in it. Everything below is about how this industry sells. None of it is about anybody in the register.

Every list you have read about aesthetics was sold. The badge in the window, the top ten in the glossy, the award on the about page. Somebody paid an entry fee, and the entry fee is the qualification. That is not a scandal. It is the business model, and nobody tells you it is running.

A five-star average is a filter, not a verdict. It tells you the front desk asks the happy ones to review and does not ask the rest. It cannot tell you who held the syringe, how long the consult ran, or what was on the tray.

Prices are the real tell. Almost nothing in this industry is published, and the reason is not modesty. A published price can be compared. A number given to you in a room, after somebody has drawn on your face and told you what they would fix, cannot be compared by anyone.

The consult is not the free part. The consult is the product.

Waitlist Society · Volume One

So we do the boring thing instead. We book like anyone books. We sit in the consultation. We ask what the device is and what year the room bought it. We ask who injects when the owner is away. We ask what the number is if you say yes today, and what the number is if you go home and think about it. Then we print both.

A room passes on operating facts, never on charm. Whether the person in the photographs is the person doing the work. Whether the price survives leaving the building. Whether anyone in that room ever says the word no.

Four questions that change the number

  1. Who is holding the syringe? Ask whether it is the person whose face is on the marketing, and ask it before you are in the chair.
  2. What is on the tray, and what year is it? A device generation is not a detail. It is most of the result you are paying for.
  3. What does this cost if I book today, and what does it cost if I think about it? Ask it in exactly those words. The gap between the two answers is the whole story.
  4. What happens if I do not like it, and who pays for that? Get it before the deposit, not after.

What the work costs

Scottsdale, Arizona
Not yet. No price published · Scottsdale, Arizona

We could put a range in that space this afternoon. Everyone in this category has one. They are copied from each other, they are years old, and not one of them was watched being paid.

When Waitlist Society prints a price it will be a number somebody paid, in a room we were sitting in, in Scottsdale, on a date we will name in the line underneath it. Until then the box stays empty.

The empty box is the product. A magazine that will print a guess to fill a page will print a guess about anything.

Filler, per syringeNot yetPriced per room, not per city. The spread between two rooms on the same street is the story.
Wrinkle injectionsNot yetPer area and per unit, both. They are not the same offer and the difference is deliberate.
Laser and energyNot yetThe full course, not the per-session number used to get you in the chair.
The consultationNot yetWhat it costs, and what it costs you if you say yes inside it.

Every figure above lands in Volume One, this Autumn.

One line a month. Nothing else.

No offers, no partner mail, no eleven-item digest. One sentence worth repeating, and the file underneath it.

Volume One lands this Autumn.

List your room

For clinics

One block on this page is addressed to the other side of the door. This is it.

Waitlist Society takes no fee for a place in the register and never will. A place that can be bought is what makes every other list in this industry worth nothing, and it is the only thing we are strict about.

If your room is in Scottsdale and it is not here, tell us. If what we hold on you is wrong — the lead injector, the credential, the headcount, the handle — tell us that too, and we will correct it before Volume One goes to print.

Write to the editor

Your room, your city, and the name of the person who does the injecting. That is the whole submission.

We reply to every one before the issue closes.
